These are the replacement valve stems for the HMMWV 24 bolt rims and rims using the round valve stem hole. These only work with the Load Range E, paired stud, 24 bolt rims.
Anytime you are replacing your tires, or worn out o-rings it's a good idea to replace the valve stem at the same time. Valve stems can wear out overtime due to heat and cool cycles and will eventually fail.
