When replacing you Hydraulic Head o-rings this is the clip that holds the governor shaft to the fuel shut off, sometimes referred to as "The Jesus" clip. This is an easy to loose clip and can sometimes become weak or broken when removing. These are OEM clips, not purchased from the hardware store but direct from the original manufacturer, AMBAC, of the Multifuel injection pumps.
